Terms and conditions

Kechiq invites users to view these Terms and Conditions governing the purchase of Partner products, as well as order management carried out on the platform.

1. Conclusion of the contract and delivery of products

1.1 Every order placed on www.kechiq.co.uk involves the conclusion of a sales contract with Kechiq's partner. The KECHIQ Partner details are specifically indicated in the detail page of each product. Kechiq never acts as a vendor.

1.2 By clicking the "Buy Now" button, the customer makes a binding order for the objects in his virtual cart. Once the order has been sent, KECHIQ will send a confirmation email for the order to the cus-tomer within 24 hours. The sales contract is concluded between the KECHIQ Partner and the customer when the latter receives the order confirmation. If the customer does not receive any confirmation of the order within the time limit specified in this art. 1.2, the relative order must be understood as null.
Any orders for which the customer has chosen prepayment will be automatically shipped; the contract with the Partner is deemed to have been concluded at the time of payment.

1.3 KECHIQ does not assume responsibility for finding and obtaining unavailable products from other sources. Kechiq is only required to deliver what is provided by its Partners. If the delivery time is expressed in days, they are considered as such all those between Monday and Friday inclusive, with the express exclusion of any public holidays.

2. Prices, shipping and express delivery costs

2.1 The customer is required to pay the price published on the product page when the order is shipped. The indicated price is final and inclusive of VAT where called for.

3. Payment

3.1 Kechiq accepts payments only through PayPal and American Express circuits. The charge is made immediately.

3.2 Kechiq accepts offline payments by bank transfer and cash on delivery (available only in Italy).
The cancellation of the order before the shipment will not mean, however, the application of any penalty.

3.3 Bank Transfer: In case of failure to receive the payment or a bank document proving it within 5 (five) working days, the order will be automatically canceled.
The estimated delivery date is to be considered reliable only for SEPA transfers made online within 1h of the order, otherwise the estimated maximum delivery date will automatically be recalculated based on the day of actual receipt of payment. We warmly discourage this method of payment in case of purchases linked to events with close deadlines (eg holidays, birthdays, gifts, etc.).

4. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from any order concerning the products of Kechiq's Partners, without giving any reason and with any statement, provided that it is explicit.

4.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 100 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 100 days from the exact day the product is shipped from Kechiq logistics.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform Kechiq (KECHIQ, Heliantus Shopping Center, Via Calnova No. 60, 30027 San Donà di Piave (Venezia), www.kechiq.co.uk), as well as the Partner, of the decision to withdraw from this contract by completing the appropriate online form through the guided procedure.
KECHIQ will forward a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal to the customer's reserved area on the website. The deadline set for withdrawal is deemed to be met if the customer submits his decla-ration before the expiry of the 100-day time limit from when the product is shipped from Kechiq lo-gistics.

5. Effects of withdrawal

Following termination of this contract, Kechiq will reimburse all payments made by the buyer, including delivery costs without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which Kechiq receives the product for logistics. This period is necessary to carry out the necessary controls. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment as used by the customer during the purchase, unless established otherwise. The refund will be suspended until Kechiq receives the products related to the return.

Products MUST return:
- in the same condition as when they were delivered
- Properly packed in their original box (original Kechiq Box), not ruined or damaged and complete with all their accessories: box, booklet, manual of instructions, targets, return seal perfectly intact in all its parts (band and tag) – ALL THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING
- equipped with the completed RMA form provided in the package, in order to be identified
- without signs of use, if not the ones compatible with a normal test of wear
- products must not be used, worn, washed or damaged.

If the returned product does not comply with the provisions of this paragraph, the withdrawal shall not take effect and the cost of the return will be borne by the customer. The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the functioning of such products.
If the customer refuses the shipping, it means he expressly decided to not enjoy of all Kechiq benefits regarding the returns. Therefore, we will retain a restocking fee from the refund equal to £20.00

6. Standard withdrawal form

The customer who wants to withdraw from the contract must follow only the online procedure available on the platform at www.kechiq.com providing all the requested information.

7. Refunds

7.1 Refunds are accredited directly to your account or to the payment tool used during the process of purchasing: bank transfer, PayPal, Credit card or American Express.

7.2 In the total amount of the refund we might exclude:
- Shipping costs if the Original Kechiq Box has not been used
- the cost of the gift box and all the plus.

7.3 If the product has not been returned through the original kechiq box, the shipping costs will be retained from the total refund equal to £10.00.

9. Warranty for defects and differences of the products and additional information

Kechiq guarantees that the Partners apply the rules of the Consumption Code to purchases in terms of warranty for product defects and discrepancies.
The customer will therefore be entitled to the rights contained in art. 130 of the Consumption Code, and these rights must be exercised within the terms of art. 132 of the same Consumption Code.

Manufacturer warranty covers only construction defects attributable to the manufacturer as for example the malfunction of the movement, a faulty closure, or problems encountered in the impermeability of the watch.
Warranty does not cover the replacement of stones and brilliants. It does not cover the crystal of the watch and does not cover parts that may be affected by accidental damage such as falls, shocks or incorrect use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by water unless the permeability indication is present. In these cases, repairs will be subject to payment with the exception of customers who have previously purchased a Kechiq KasO insurance or other dedicated policies.
In case there will be need of interventions under warranty, please, send the watch with Kechiq warranty Card to Kechiq.
For repairs not covered by warranty, Kechiq might provide the required services at a cost that will depend on the model of the watch and the type of intervention. These expenses are estimated singularly.
Do not send the box because it won’t be returned. It is important that the package is insured, and the watch properly protect for the shipment.
The warranty is void if repairs are carried out by unauthorized personnel and without first contacting Kechiq.
If you need to use the guarantee, Kechiq customer service is at your disposal for any problem.
The shipping costs for sending the product and returning it after the repair, are borne by Kechiq for the first 30 days, then you will have to send the product at your expense. Repair will be free.
Kechiq strictly complies with the warranty conditions established by the manufacturer.
Kechiq reserves the right to verify the condition of the returned product to evaluate that the malfunctioning is due to a factory defect or other causes. Later, it will be determined if warranty assistance can be applied. Furthermore, the Seller will have the right to decide whether to make the replacement or repair – depending on the availability of the product and the extent of the damage.
Warranty interventions require about 3-6 weeks depending on the availability of spare parts. Kechiq is not responsible for delays on Service Centers.
For warranty claims exceeding 30 days, shipment to the Kechiq site or a Kechiq agreed-upon assistance center will be at the expense of the purchaser. In the event that the purchaser is unable to go to a post office or to use the same shipping service, a pay-as-you-go pick-up can be performed to £10.00.
In any case, the return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer, however the cost equal to £10.00.
It will be fully reimbursed by issuing a discount coupon valid for a purchase on Kechiq within one year of issuance. This opportunity is valid both for products in warranty and for those not under warranty after 30 days from the date of purchase.
When the product is returned, it is essential that the customer fill out the return form inside the package and that he provides the Kechiq warranty card.
If the product is returned and the packaging is damaged because it has not been carefully packed, a restocking fee of £5.00 will be required (unless the damaged package was not immediately communicated to the Kechiq customer service upon delivery of the Kechiq package).

10. Applicable laws

10.1 These General Contract Terms are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted according to it.

10.2 For any disputes that may arise in connection with these conditions, customers may initiate an out-of-court settlement of disputes. Without prejudice to the possible application of legally binding consumer protection laws, any dispute in any case related to these General Terms and Conditions will be transferred to the sole jurisdiction of the Court of Venice.
For the purposes and for the effects referred to in Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the customer declares that he has attentively read and understood and specifically accepts the following terms of the General Terms and Conditions:

10.3 The Customer also has the right to avail of the online dispute resolution procedure available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
